During her life Little Rose would try to foster great devotion to the Miraculous Medal. The origins of the medal date back to 1830, when the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of Jesus, appeared to a nun in France.
It is the most widely distributed religious medal in the world, and is said to be instrumental in bringing about, by God's grace, miracles of both a physical and spiritual nature, such as stopping a plague, curing the blind, and bringing about conversion to Jesus Christ and His Church.
ANIMA CHRISTI
Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side Christ,
wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O good Jesus, hear me.
Within Thy Wounds hide me.
Permit me not to be separated
from Thee.
From the malignant enemy
defend me.
In the hour of my death call me.
And bid me come to Thee.
That with Thy Saints
I may praise Thee.
Forever and ever.
Amen.
Jesus Teaches Rose a Prayer for Sinners
"Rose was only seven years old when Jesus taught her the following prayer which she recited every day,
"O Lord Jesus, when I reflect upon the words which you have said: 'Many are called but few are chosen', I fear and tremble for those I love, and I beg You to look upon them with mercy. And behold, with an infinite tenderness, You do place their salvation in my hands, for everything is assured to him who knows how to suffer with You and for You. My heart bleeds under the weight of affliction, but my will remains united to Yours, and I cry out to You, Lord. It is for them that I want to suffer. I wish to mingle my tears with Your Precious Blood for the salvation of those I love! You will not turn a deaf ear to my sorrowful cry ... and You will save them ..."

right after a school performance. At the age of 7,
she had experienced a vision of the Lord in which
He taught her the above prayer for sinners
which she recited daily.
Rose Gives More Details Concerning That Prayer
"One day, Father Leonard asked Rose where she got the "prayer for sinners." He told her that people loved it and that it was very powerful. He wanted to know more about it, seeing it was so beautiful and it so well expressed her own life pattern. That remark amused Rose and she answered: "One day, I asked the Sisters of the Precious Blood to send me a prayer Supplication for sinners. Strange as it may seem, I received this prayer which I have recited since I was seven years old, with the difference that I say tu [you, familiar] when you are taught to say vous [you, formal]. Who showed it to you? Where did you learn it? asked Father Leonard. Rose answered, "I learned it from my Jesus," and she stopped abruptly as if she had spoken out of turn. Father Leonard added: "I told her that in Montreal, those same contemplative nuns had the prayer without knowing where it came from. When I called them, they answered that they had found it one good morning on a table in the parlor. Little Rose laughed as if she was enjoying this."

Novena to obtain the help of Little Rose
O Lord, in these days wherein souls are hungering for pleasure and devoured by greed, who refuse to renounce themselves, to take up Thy Cross and follow Thee. Thou hast raised in our midst Little Rose, who during her life kept her eyes on Thy Passion and responding to her calling she became a victim, so that she might, as St. Paul, complete in herself the things that were wanting in Thy sufferings. (Col. 1:24)
Touched with this excess of charity and spirit of renunciation, in a world of ingratitude. Thou has vouchsafed, O Lord, apparently as a sign of approval, to stigmatize Thy servant with Thine Own Sacred Wounds.
We beseech Thee, O Lord, make known the powerful intercession of Thy servant by hearing the prayers we are saying in union with hers, and grant, not only the petition of this Novena, but also the grace to follow Thee who art the Way, the Truth and the Life. Amen.

In union of prayer with Little Rose,
be in our midst, O Lord.
By the intercession of Little Rose,
hear us, O Lord.
By the merits of Thy Passion,
be propitious to us, O Lord.
By Thy most Sacred Wounds,
have mercy on us, O Lord.
Let us say the following prayers
and apply the indulgences to the
intention of Little Rose

PRAYER TO JESUS CRUCIFIED
Look down upon me, good and gentle Jesus, while before Thy face I humbly kneel, and with burning soul pray and beseech Thee to fix deep in my heart lively sentiments of faith, hope and charity, with true contrition for my sins, and a firm purpose of amendment; while I contemplate with great love and tender pity Thy five wounds, pondering over them within me, and calling to mind what the prophet David put in Thy mouth concerning Thee. O good Jesus: "They have pierced my hands and my feet; they have numbered all my bones." (Ps.XXI, 17, 18).
May the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in Peace.
Amen.
